Job Title: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner overnight.
  • Handle reservations, arrange wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services.
  • Provide exceptional service to VIPS and VVIPS with follow-up as necessary.
  • Post room charges, process invoices, balance cash drawers, and verify receipts.
  • Track key financial metrics such as occupancy rates and revenues.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for management.
  • Audit and reconcile the hotel's daily financial accounts.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
