We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 35-50 key hotel/hostel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high service quality, and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel management, with a strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices. You will be responsible for supervising various functions, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and human resources. Additionally, you will need to manage operational quality, handle escalations, and motivate staff to achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities- Oversee hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Drive operational efficiency and improve service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Motivate and align staff to meet business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
