Hotel Operations Associate

Our establishment seeks a diligent Hotel Operations Associate to oversee the daily functioning of our facilities. This role entails managing various aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, guest experience, maintenance and engineering, security, and safety.

  • Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and exceptional service quality.
  • Address guest complaints in a professional manner and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues from different departments.
  • Foster open communication channels to facilitate issue resolution and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree or diploma in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
