Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect assigned lead lists with a proactive approach">
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls and 40 emails per day">
  • Enter 100 CRM updates daily and adhere to rules of pursuit">
  • Create 100–400 new opportunities per week in CRM">
  • Generate qualified transfers to account management teams:">
    • ">
    • Months 1–3: 30 per month">
    • Months 4–6: 40 per month">
    • Month 7+: 50 per month">
    ">
  • Maintain a 35% closed-won ratio on qualified transfers">
  • Log all calls and emails accurately in CRM">
