Product Support Lead Job Summary

About the Role
  • Oversee and optimize support operations to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance to support teams and customers.
  • Lead and inspire a team of support professionals to achieve performance goals.

This role involves fostering a customer-centric culture within the support team, monitoring and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) for support response and resolution times, and identifying and measuring metrics for customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues through various channels, including tickets, chat, email, and phone.
  • Monitor and maintain SLAs for support response and resolution times.
  • Identify and measure metrics for customer support teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a product support lead or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
