As a Senior Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering Airline Commercial Products in Pricing, Revenue Management, and optimization solutions for various customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout the end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle, from Business Process workshops to customer care.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the application's user interface to train airline analysts and facilitate solution adoption into customers' business processes.
- Attend onsite customer meetings and participate in Business Process workshop meetings to understand customers' business processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, account managers, implementation, and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding solution implementation, issue resolution, and maintenance.
- Lead data gathering processes before solution implementation and perform data validation checks at all stages of implementation and delivery.
- Identify best practices adopted by customers and communicate them to Solution Management teams to enhance products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to serve as a lead conduit between developers, architects, designers, and external and internal customers.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills, operate under general direction with minimal oversight, and ensure consistent use of approved methods, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Pricing or Revenue Management areas or similar experience.
- Airline domain knowledge and skills are preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven analytical skills, good understanding of database concepts, and working knowledge of R/SQL are required.
- Experience working with Fares, Pricing, or Revenue management products is an advantage.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and willing to travel up to 20% of the time or as per business needs.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
