Senior Revenue Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented revenue professional to lead our revenue operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 45 revenue executives, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of responsibilities.
Revenue Operations:
- Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify and mitigate revenue leakage through process improvements and audits.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve revenue-related queries.
- Lead discussions to settle distributor claims and ensure proper documentation.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales summaries to support strategic decisions.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and GST compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and Tally.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing distributor claims and reconciliations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
