Senior Transition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex transitions and projects. This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and drive results.

Job Overview:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing end-to-end transition planning, execution, and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-stakes projects and driving business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and address risks and issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective change management.
  • Leverage industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Key Requirements:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification, with 10-15 years of experience in program management and transition leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Familiarity with global cultures and experiences working with international teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • End-to-end experience leading large-scale transitions and transformation initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge in the insurance sector, with an understanding of latest trends and industry developments.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
