We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our end-to-end transition projects.

This role involves managing multiple transition projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful project execution.

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on varied functions including application and infrastructure delivery and migration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid-to-large scale migration projects.
  • Proficient in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead multiple transition projects through strong project management principles and deliver projects within timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establish robust governance, keep track of deliverables, and transparently report status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and report project risks and mitigation plans.
  • Capture learning and best practices and ensure reinforcement in subsequent projects.
  • Deliver training to managers on our transition methodology and approach.
  • Constantly strive to evolve and improve our transition approach.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
