Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Position Overview

As a Fusion HCM functional consultant, you will lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and efficient functionality.
  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM systems.
  • Develop and enhance fast formulas for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports and HCM extracts.
  • Manage security setup and areas of responsibility.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise: Experience with Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related systems. Strong understanding of business processes and system configurations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
