Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. This includes driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing user experience across the enterprise.

  • Job Description: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM) are a plus.
  • 12-15+ years of experience implementing HR Systems/Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools.
