At Genpact, we are accelerating the future of enterprise data management with innovative AI solutions. As a Manager – Enterprise Data Office, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data pipelines using Azure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect scalable, secure, and performant data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in modern data management, databases, ETL tools, and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep knowledge of big data technologies and languages such as Python, Spark, & Pyspark.
  • Proficient in SQL and database technologies, with hands-on experience in data modeling and database design.
  • Prior experience in databases - DB2, ETL tools - Datastage and Azure cloud environment with Azure SQLDB2 is must.
  • Knowledge and experience in Reporting tools - Power BI, Tableau etc.
