Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-stakes client relationships across various industries.
  • Deeply understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies for our creative and media teams.

  • Collaborate with internal divisions to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Mentor junior team members on day-to-day servicing and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in account management/client servicing (agency side experience preferred).
  • A deep understanding of integrated marketing (creative, digital, social, influencer, and production workflows).
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts, multiple stakeholders, and complex campaign timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident in C-suite discussions.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  • A solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership skills—able to manage, motivate, and grow junior teams.
