Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead strategic and operational projects from planning to execution.

This role requires an individual with a strong sense of ownership, agility, and sharp analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.

  • Manage production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop detailed project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Optimize resource allocation without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Create and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, costs, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.
