As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee cross-functional projects related to cloud infrastructure. Your technical expertise in AWS and leadership skills will drive the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
