Infrastructure Development Lead

Our organization seeks a highly skilled engineer to design, build, and operate large-scale, high-performance cloud-native infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable Kubernetes clusters and automate provisioning, scaling, and upgrades processes.
  • Implement cost-optimization strategies for cloud services and improve infrastructure utilization.
  • Build internal platform services (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks) for use by engineering teams.
  • Utilize infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform or CDK for reproducible and auditable changes.
Required Expertise:
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure with hands-on experience.
  • Strong background in Kubernetes architecture and operations.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms, control planes, or service frameworks.
  • Proficiency in modern scripting and programming languages (Go or Python).
  • Familiarity with observability tooling and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with infra/security compliance in production-grade environments.
