Job Overview:

The Senior Manager-Delivery position is a high-level role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in cybersecurity project delivery. This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of complex cybersecurity projects across industrial OT and enterprise IT environments.

This role demands ownership of client-facing delivery, team management, and execution of cybersecurity projects that span assessments, implementation, and managed services. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing delivery teams, coordinating across functions, and driving outcomes aligned to SLAs, quality metrics, and business value.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing delivery personnel including leads and engineers
  2. Developing high-performing teams and driving retention

Additionally, this role requires hands-on familiarity with industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and ITIL. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery, including minimum 5 years in team or program management
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute cybersecurity projects end-to-end, across OT/IT domains
  • Define delivery plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality completion
Process Adherence & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.)
  • Institutionalize reusable delivery accelerators, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices
