As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer success results. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients achieve their goals and objectives by providing top-notch support and guidance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Downgrade solutions or products and upsell replacements to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Rebuild quotes to accommodate future licenses and help CSMs process amendments to add on providers throughout the length of the Commit to Growth initiative
  • Process Fee Waivers for EMA to EMA Conversions to assist clients in acquiring child practices and converting them to EMA
  • Amend contracts for approved discounts to facilitate quick recognition of revenue
  • Migrate licenses from parent accounts to child accounts in CPQ and recreate new accounts and contracts
  • Migrate licenses from child accounts to parent accounts in CPQ and recreate new accounts and contracts
  • Correct billing errors by amending contracts to rectify issues such as incorrect start or end dates and provider billing discrepancies
  • Cleanup tasks in CPQ to fix contract errors and re-contract new terminals
  • Perform DMS Maintenance by updating SOPs and QRGs in the document management system
  • Conduct ModMed GPT Chunking maintenance to ensure all updated SOPs are chunked and added to ModMed GPT
  • Participate in Ad Hoc Task Forces, including client outreach through Salesforce and Salesforce cleanup

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Healthcare relevant certifications or degrees)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise B2B software company roles in support, operations, professional services, or customer success
  • Preferable experience with Healthcare Tech, Salesforce, and Quote-to-Cash systems
  • Excellent English, communication, and written skills - Mandatory
