We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Client Support Specialist.
- This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients using ADP's products and technology.
- You will work independently or as part of a team to resolve time-sensitive issues and provide solutions that make a difference.
- Be a trusted advisor and problem solver, assisting clients with product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
- Educate and recommend products to clients, leveraging your understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Organize your day with structured prioritization, multitasking, and timely follow-ups to deliver great service.
- Experience: 2-6 years in client service/customer service or systems integration.
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Shifts: Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Experience with: US Payroll and International Voice Process preferred.
