Senior Project Leader Position

This is a senior level project management role responsible for overseeing the execution of various projects from design to completion. The ideal candidate will have 18-22 years of experience in project management and possess strong leadership skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team supervision.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality protocols and provide training to team members on health and safety best practices.
  • Team Development: Develop and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Design and Engineering Support: Provide design and engineering support for distributed projects, including cost optimization and minimizing materials used.
  • Client Relationship Management: Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver committed projects within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 18-22 years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
