Project Leader

About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Leader to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy: Develop and implement effective project strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate staff and internal resources to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Progress Oversight: Monitor project progress and adapt work as required to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Engagement: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting and Review: Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform decision-making.
  • Process Enhancement: Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
