Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

A key member of the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automation testing. Your tasks will include developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts, conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, identifying and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail, collaborating with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixes, working with CI/CD pipelines and contributing to automation testing, validating networking-related features and ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance, analyzing logs, supporting root cause analysis, and suggesting improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
