**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Manager to join our team at Digital Aptech Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire account receivable process, from ensuring timely payments to reconciling ledgers and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all receivable processes to ensure efficient and timely payment processing.
  • Review reconciliation statements, payments, and bank statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Publish dashboards for overall visibility of AR Process and ensure productivity and SLAs are met.
  • Ensure that all new process requirements or changes are updated in DPM/SOP/SLA, PFC immediately.
  • Conduct daily huddles, error discussions, and random audits based on analysis of internal and external errors.
  • Ensure targets set in KPI indicators are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have prior experience in shipping industry.
  • Basic knowledge in Geography (Continents, Countries & Ports).
  • Open to working in shifts.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in BPO/Outsourcing business.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience.
  • Handled directly a team size of 10 team members for more than 2 years.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)/PG/Graduate in Commerce.
  • Basic MS office Certification.
  • Knowledge on ERP.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package along with opportunities for growth and development.
