Job Overview

We are seeking a UX Strategist to play a pivotal role in defining the user experience strategy for various industries. As a UX Strategist, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project goals and UX strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, developers, marketing, business teams) to define project goals and UX strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to understand industry-specific UX patterns.
  • Translate business objectives and industry insights into effective UX roadmaps.
  • Define and refine user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes.
  • Evaluate and guide UX/UI designers on design decisions from a strategic lens.
  • Presents and defends UX strategies and design rationale to stakeholders and clients.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, user behavior, emerging technologies to continually enhance UX thinking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • 25 years of experience in UX Strategy, UX Design, UI/UX roles.
  • A strong understanding of UX research methodologies, design systems, industry-specific UI patterns.
  • The ability to grasp different business domains quickly propose tailored UX strategies.
  • Experience working closely with developers, UI/UX teams, clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro.
  • A strategic thinker with eye for detail, mindset focused on problem-solving user satisfaction.
