Job Title: Lead UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI design for mobile applications.
  • Create and prototype concepts using mood boards, high-fidelity mockups, visual comps, and animations.
  • Develop cohesive design systems and UI patterns.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity.
  • Present and defend design ideas, incorporating feedback efficiently.
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing quality and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on modern UI trends and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years in consumer mobile app design.
  • Strong UI skills with solid UX knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, user behavior, and trends.
  • Portfolio showcasing professional work.
