We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at eNation Solutions Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications using the ServiceNow Platform.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow scripts, including client scripts, UI policies, and business rules.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Perform ServiceNow platform administration tasks, including configuration and customization.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform and excellent ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including flow designer and integration skills.
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS) and workflow customization.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform ServiceNow platform administration tasks.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
