Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality Control team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

  • Leading a team of 30+ members in QC, including the AMV team, to achieve company goals.
  • Providing backup support to the QC-HOD with daily updates, monthly sample status, lab management, training, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Executing and approving different types of QMS (OOS, OOT, Investigation etc) and identifying scientific root causes with effective CAPA and maintaining lab compliance.
  • Designing and executing analysis planning (routine work, method validation, and method transfer), data interpretation, and presenting to HOD.
  • Self-driven decision-making and being a good learner, providing guidance to team members for improving work quality and monitoring KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Master's Degree in Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR, Nasal performance testing etc).
  • Mixed work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
  • Leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications and Pre-Requisites

Preferably having the following skills but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software.
  • Good working experience in GMP and USFDA/EU Audit faced.
  • Skill to achieve deliverable tasks with minimum support for analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
