Strategic Operations Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create comprehensive strategies, ensuring effective project management and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, focusing on process optimization, innovation, and cultural transformation within the organization.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring scalability for future growth and increasing efficiency in operations.
  • Identify and drive improvements in business operations, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, with preference for degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.


Requirements:

  • ~2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, analyse data, and create actionable solutions to drive business outcomes.


Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multiple real estate projects from founders/CEO office.
  • Previous experience in high-growth real estate firms, market expansion initiatives, or large-scale property development projects is a plus.
