You will play a key role in our IBU account team, responsible for introducing clients to internal teams and providing valuable customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Navigate accounts to identify diverse deal opportunities and lead pursuit teams in recommending and defending win prices.
- Understand client drivers and competitor moves to make informed decisions.
- Interface with clients on expectations and develop tailored account plans.
- Drive MSA/SOWs/payments (AR) and resolve delivery escalations and complaints efficiently.
- Mentor other team members to ensure seamless teamwork and business growth.
