Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our commercial lines business, establish strong relationships with brokers, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish broker relationships and develop business opportunities aligned with our product mix.
  • Generate Commercial Lines business from brokers and direct clients through proactive outreach and account management.
  • Maintain effective communication with brokers and corporate clients, resolving underwriting servicing issues and queries promptly.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimized risk management solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of commercial lines business operations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
