Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Business Development Account Manager with a passion for building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging DSRC's value proposition to engage potential clients.
- Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence and securing new business, particularly in the UK, USA, European, North American, and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, diligently ensuring high client satisfaction and robust retention rates.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within existing accounts, seeking ways to expand our partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including delivery, technical, and support teams, to meet and consistently exceed client needs and expectations.
- Service Improvement: Actively solicit and utilize client feedback to continuously improve our service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- Account Management Track Record: Proven track record in account management, specifically within an IT consulting or services environment.
- Relationship Building: Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our partners.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable outcomes.
- IT Services Understanding: A solid understanding of application development and broader IT services, allowing you to effectively communicate our offerings.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for efficient account management, tracking interactions, and managing pipelines.
