Project Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of Skid modules.

  • Lead a project team to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement fabrication best practices for Skids and its components, leveraging expertise in manufacturing techniques and scheduling.
  • Establish objectives, standards, and production schedules that balance cost, delivery, and effectiveness.
  • Organize resources to meet project requirements, including Production, Planning, and Maintenance activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, including ASME codes, IBR regulations, and lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Negotiate Change Orders with customers and ensure realization of milestone payments.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to avoid Late Delivery penalties.
  • Manage commercial aspects and contract conditions, as well as material requirements planning and mitigation of material risks.
  • Collaborate with design, projects, purchase, vendors, and suppliers to align with monthly production plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in vendor development and selection, as well as inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Skids/Process Modules.
  • Experience in Static Equipment/Boiler Pressure Parts/Spools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of computers (MS Office), and commercial/contractual terms.
  • Knowledge of ASME, IBR codes, and certification in Prime Vera is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Project and reviewing MTO/drawings/technical documents is essential.
