We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Placement & Corporate Interface function. This will involve designing and implementing placement strategies that align with our vision and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to increase engagement.
  • Placement Operations:

  • Oversee the entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Student Readiness:

  • Work closely with faculty and training partners to groom students to meet industry expectations. This includes pre-placement training on resume building, interview prep, and group discussion practice.
  • Mentor students on career choices, profile building, and industry expectations.
  • Alumni Engagement:

  • Leverage the alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track placement metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR.
  • A strong network across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
