About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven growth professional who has successfully launched and scaled SaaS products in the US market. The ideal candidate excels at combining strategic planning with tactical execution, leveraging digital communities, partnerships, and unconventional distribution tactics to drive traction.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies for fintech SaaS products, shaping positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.

  • Go-to-Market & Positioning: Build and execute GTM strategies for launching a new fintech SaaS product in the US market, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
  • Community-Led Distribution: Drive traction through Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Partnership Development & AEO: Establish distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Growth Experiments: Design and run tactical growth experiments, including landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, and incentive programs.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Own growth KPIs, including sign-ups, activation rates, CAC/LTV, referral efficiency, and retention.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.

A strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies is essential for success in this role.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products.
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics, partnership development, and growth experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in metrics and KPIs.
