Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy & Execution:
    • Design and implement growth plans for new and existing projects.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
    • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams.
    • Drive effective stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Website & Digital Assets Management:
    • Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
  • Growth Enablement:
    • Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions.
    • Track engagement and leverage insights to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for innovative solutions.
