Leap is a leading non-custodial multi-chain wallet with over 1 million installs across our extension, mobile and web products. Beyond the core wallet, our products include MetaMask Snap for Cosmos, Compass Wallet for Sei, and Elements SDK.

Stablecoin Payments Initiative

We are now building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. Global banks, fintechs like Stripe, and crypto-native players are investing heavily in this space.

Our idea is focused on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are now setting up the right team to scale.

As Chief of Staff

You'll work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier. Your first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, and help shape early PMF.

  • Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects.
  • Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways.
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity.
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles.
  • Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder.
