Job Description

The Policy and Legislative Research Team conducts original research and analysis on legislation, policies, and reports. This team bridges policy and political insights to drive meaningful impact, producing high-quality recommendations, analyses, and suggestions for stakeholders at the central and state level.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and interpretation of national and international policies, programs, and information.
  • Undertake consultation exercises with sectoral experts and organizations.
  • Analyze data, think critically, and solve problems.
  • Keep track of Parliament, Committees, State Legislatures, and understand legislations, their broader framework, and impact on society.
  • Stay up-to-date with current affairs in the social and policy sector.
  • Assist associates, senior associates, and managers in delivering client results.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as organizing meetings, creating agendas, and distributing meeting notes.
