Job Role

As a member of our Policy and Legislative Research Team, you will conduct original research and analysis on legislation, policies, and reports. Your mission will be to bridge policy and political insights to drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze national and international policies, programs, and information for policy analysis briefs.
  • Consult with sectoral experts and organizations.
  • Analyze data, think critically, and solve problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with current affairs in the social and policy sector.
  • Assist senior associates and managers in preparing client deliverables.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as organizing meetings and creating meeting notes.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Economics/Engineering or Law with policy certifications.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of intersectional applications of law and social sciences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Parliament and Legislative Assemblies functioning.
