Job Title: Fundraising & Research Associate\

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Fundraising & Research Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in building our development engine by conducting research and developing proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Maintain an up-to-date donor database, researching and mapping new prospects, and preparing concise donor and prospect briefs for leadership and Development Board meetings.\

  • Draft proposals, reports, and presentations that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.\

  • Contribute to donor communications, including newsletters, mailers, and impact reports, while leading the fundraising design and delivery of donor salons and stewardship events.\
