Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Professional

Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to design, configure, and optimize FSC features for financial services business processes in wealth management, banking, and financial sectors.

This role involves implementing FSC solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability required.
