Job Overview

Motadata, a leading IT monitoring and management software company, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive the deployment of its solutions at customer sites.

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and designing customized solutions that meet their business needs.

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation.
  • Provide training and support to customers for effective product usage.

Key qualifications include experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles, along with knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.

Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools.
  • Knowledge of network concepts and ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking.

Good to Have:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
