Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze new requirements and provide impact analysis addressing technical design and identifying individual tasks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX product management QA) to deliver high-quality products.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code confirming to established standards of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest React and JavaScript technologies and trends, implementing them to enhance user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Identify and develop reusable components for efficient code practices.
  • Manage deadlines and resources to ensure timely delivery of UI components.
  • Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth application performance.
  • Increase code quality through unit testing and effective debugging.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff fostering a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on React.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a design team.
  • Indepth knowledge of React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills able to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with micro frontend architecture using module federation and core JavaScript practices.
  • Good understanding of REST Web API integration and security practices.
  • Exposure to Azure PaaS projects and CI/CD release processes would be an added advantage.
