The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location (Pune, India).

Job Description
As a Senior UX Design Lead at UXReactor, you will shape user experiences by leading projects that align design strategies with business objectives and user needs. You will guide teams in creating impactful solutions, mentor designers, and collaborate across solution, engineering, and UX teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, and task analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with design outcomes.
  • Design interaction design concepts, user flows, and detailed designs to address user needs and improve experiences.
  • Test and refine designs through user testing to validate and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Establish and promote best practices and standards to improve the quality of user experience and ensure consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3+ years in product design or UX, including at least 1+ years in client-facing or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience designing complex B2B enterprise/business software across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with design best practices, constraints, and limitations for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
