  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Salary Management: Manage and process salaries and payroll operations efficiently
  • Performance Evaluation: Approve and administer appraisal slabs
  • Team Building: Foster and maintain a positive, cordial work environment among employees
  • Incentives: Plan, implement, and oversee incentive plans and rewards
  • HR Tools: Utilize HR software and digital HR tools (payroll, performance management, etc.)
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner in employee relations and organizational growth
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Human Resource management with expertise in Payroll Management
  • Skilled in using HR software and digital HR tools for effective Employee Engagement
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for building a supportive team culture
  • Experience with designing Incentive Structures is a plus
