Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from ₹15 lakhs to ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus a high percentage of variable OTE for achieving sales targets.
Job Description:
This full-time, on-site role requires the Education Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage client accounts in South India. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing provided sales leads to set up product demos with clients and generating own leads.
- Conducting product presentations and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Frequent follow-ups and timely reporting are essential.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Kannada/Tamil, with knowledge of another language being an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel, along with attention to detail, is necessary.
- Travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Experience in education sales and account management.
- A strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the education industry and market trends.
- Fluency in Tamil/Kannada would be an added advantage.
- Ability to use digital marketing effectively.
- A network within schools in India is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field.
