Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP/S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with upstream Ariba solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with ECC/S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
