DM Enforcement Specialist Role

This role involves analyzing system and cyber audit reports submitted by trading members/stockbrokers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze reports to identify non-compliances, delays, or lack of submissions.
  • Review MIS for accuracy and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate with trading members via email regarding timely submissions and non-compliance matters.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy of system and cyber audit reports.
  • Maintain accurate MIS for tracking system and cyber audit reports.
  • Approve system & cyber audit reports submitted by internal managers on the portal, reviewing evidence for non-compliances at level 1.
  • Resolve queries related to system and cyber audit reports, assisting in drafting business requirement specifications (BRS) for system enhancement & development.
  • Participate in UAT/final testing of system enhancements/business requirements, drafting circulars based on relevant regulatory circulars at level 1.
  • Conduct RCA analysis at level 1, verifying and authenticating auditor certificates.
  • Manage conflict of interest in audit reports submitted by TM, coordinating with external entities for resubmission.
Requirements:
  • CISA Certification (completed/pursuing)
  • CA or MBA finance graduate or BE/B.Tech (preference CISA+CA)
  • 0-2 years of experience in auditing or regulatory enforcement
