Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

This role involves collaborating closely with the U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.

  • Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
  • Identify Applicable Clauses: Summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Subcontractor Due Diligence: Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk. (experience with U.S. federal contracts preferred).
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Good understanding of compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment.
  • Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.
  • Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids.
