
U.S. Government Contract Compliance Specialist

About This Role
">We are seeking a professional to provide contract compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. government contracts.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments, identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations, support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.">
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders, support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting), maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.">
- Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA), track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.">
- Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses, prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams, collaborate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.">
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams, provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.">
Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.">
- 1-3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.">
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.">
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.">
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.">
- Ability to work EST Time zone (9AM-5PM).">
