We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for students and parents throughout their journey with us.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive parent and student experience by effectively managing escalations across chat, call, and email channels.
- Promote effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes by mentoring students.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, and Academy teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines.
- Take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An empathetic approach, with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed.
